Online Registration

Registering your child will secure a provisional place at OLA, which will be confirmed once their entrance assessment and interview has taken place. Each prospective pupil must be registered before they attend their assessment and interview. Once you have decided to register your interest in our school formally, you will be asked to fill out a registration form and pay a fee of £100.

    Conditions of Admission

    Registering your child will secure a provisional place at OLA, which will be confirmed once their entrance assessment and interview has taken place. Each prospective pupil must be registered before they attend their assessment and interview. Once you have filled out this registration form, you are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of £100 which should be paid into the following account (or a cheque made payable to Our Lady’s Abingdon Trustees Ltd). Please use your child’s name as the reference.

    We will request a reference and school report from your child’s current school. Please also submit, if relevant, SEN information for a Learning Support evaluation. Your completed registration form and supporting documents should be emailed to admissions@ola.org.uk or posted to Admissions, Our Lady’s Abingdon School, Radley Road, Abingdon-on-Thames, Oxfordshire OX14 3PS.
    1. Fees are payable in advance and should be paid no later than the due date on the invoice. Any accounts outstanding after this date will be subject to a surcharge.
    2. Contractual liability remains with the signatories on the original application form, irrespective of who subsequently pays the fees.
    3. Fees are not refundable in the event of ill health, enforced absence, or if any pupil is required by the Head of OLA, to leave the School.
    4. A full term’s notice is required in writing before the withdrawal of a pupil or before the discontinuation of any subject for which extra fees are payable. Should notice NOT be given, a full term’s fees will be charged.
    5. The Head of OLA reserves the right to suspend or require the removal of a pupil at any time if either their conduct or progress should prove unsatisfactory.
    6. The school cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to pupils’ property while on the school premises.
    We have read the Conditions of Admissions listed above. Should our child be admitted to the School we undertake to observe them fully.
    7. By submitting this form, you have a duty of declaration to answer all questions or OLA reserve the right to terminate their contract with you.
