Register for the next Year 5 Experience Day

The next Year 5 Experience Day is Saturday 9 March 2024 from 9am to 2pm. Our Experience Days fill up quickly so, to secure your place, please complete the booking form below as early as possible.

INFORMATION:

  • Please bring your children to Our Lady’s Abingdon School, Radley Road, Abingdon-on-Thames, OX14 3PS, main school Reception at 9.00am.
  • Activities start at 9.30am prompt, so it is important to arrive in good time.
  • Car Parking is available at the school, main entrance off Radley Road.
  • Head of OLA Mr Daniel Gibbons will give a talk to parents at 9.15-9.45am.
  • Clothing and Kit: Children should wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for indoor sports. Track suit bottoms and trainers are ideal, and please bring their swimming kit.
  • Lunch and Snack: Children will be provided with lunch. Water, juice and a snack will be provided during the day. They are welcome to bring a water bottle of their own.
  • Please collect your children at 2.00pm.

    Swimming Ability Awards: e.g. ASA NPTS level(s) And Water Confidence:

    IMPORTANT: Children with asthma should bring their inhaler with them or they will not be allowed to swim. If they have any other medical condition, they must bring their medication and alert staff. For serious long term conditions (eg, severe asthma, diabetes, serious allergies, epilepsy) parents are required to provide written instructions from the pupil’s GP advising of the treatment necessary in an emergency.
    Please provide details of any learning difficulty or other support needs to help us support them during their visit. Please keep us up to date about any changes.
